Caden and Lilly first crossed paths in 2021 while attending paramedic school. Surrounded by long days of learning and a shared commitment to helping others, they naturally became part of the same friend group. At the time, neither could have predicted that this connection would become something much more.
By August of 2022, their friendship deepened. Both were navigating personal challenges, but instead of pulling apart, they grew stronger together. Through honesty, encouragement, and patience, their bond evolved into a relationship built on trust, the kind that lasts.

In January 2025, Caden planned a proposal that was nothing short of unforgettable. While celebrating their anniversary in Deep Creek, MD, a winter storm rolled in, transforming the landscape into a snow-covered dream.
As snow fell and the world around them grew quiet, Caden got down on one knee. Despite the cold and the blizzard swirling around them, the moment was warm, intimate, and perfect. Lilly said yes, and neither would have changed a thing.
